Why fuuse?
Ranked 10th in the Futurice Electric 40 2026
The Futurice Electric 40 ranks the most influential companies in UK eMobility across market execution, innovation, technology capability, and technology impact. Fuuse was named in the top 10, recognising our strength in software maturity, interoperability, and operational resilience across the EV charging ecosystem.

We've already done this
Transitioning your bp pulse hardware to a new charge point management system can feel like a daunting task. Operators facing this challenge may question whether it can be done, and if so, whether it can be done compliantly without replacing existing hardware.
The answer is yes. You can migrate to Fuuse and keep any existing, compliant bp pulse hardware.
How can we be so confident? Because we've been there and done it.
When bp pulse exited the public charging market, Fuuse stepped in as the migration partner of choice. We coordinated migrations at scale, working directly with bp pulse, managing the technical complexity and keeping operators running throughout. Now, as bp pulse exits depot, workplace, and private fleet charging, we are once again the designated partner, this time exclusively, for UK fleet customers.
What we offer
- Proven experience migrating bp pulse hardware to a new CPMS, compliantly and without replacing existing equipment
- Streamlined charger management from one central platform, with access controls, payment processing, reporting, and remittance
- A hardware-agnostic solution that supports any OCPP-compliant charger, so your entire estate can be managed in one place
- Expert support throughout the migration, from initial scoping through to go-live
- Operational readiness and minimal disruption for your drivers
- A future-proof platform that scales as your fleet or infrastructure grows, so you won't need to go through this process again
It's not just bp pulse hardware that we support. Fuuse works with any OCPP-compliant charger, meaning you can bring your entire charging estate together on one platform, whatever the mix of hardware across your sites.

FaqS FOR FLEET MIGRATION
Please note that these FAQs are applicable for private/fleet migration and will not apply to public-facing BP Pulse units.
WHAT IS CHANGING?
Why is bp pulse discontinuing Fleet products and services?
bp pulse wants to focus its efforts into building ultrafast charging in convenient locations for our customers to prepare the UK for vehicle electrification. As a result, they have made the difficult decision to discontinue the sale of fleet charging equipment and related service agreements.
Who will continue to provide Fleet products and services?
bp Pulse has identified Fuuse, a leading provider of EV charging solutions, as the transfer partner for the migration of the Fleet business.
CUSTOMER NEXT STEPS
What do I need to do next?
Please register your details here.
The Fuuse onboarding process will then validate the scope of your services and provide further guidance on migration.
Do I have to move to Fuuse, or can I choose another provider?
bp pulse customers are not required to move to Fuuse, however bp will only support a migration to Fuuse and migration of existing bp pulse hardware to other providers is not supported. If you choose a different provider, please expect that replacement of your existing hardware will be required.
MIGRATION PROCESS & TIMELINES
When will my chargers be migrated to Fuuse?
After you register with Fuuse, our onboarding team will contact you to discuss scheduling your migration with bp pulse.
Will my chargepoints experience any downtime during the migration?
As with any transfer of services, every customer will experience some downtime. This could be just a few minutes but will depend on your site and situation. We will work hard to minimise disruption to your charging schedule.
Do I need to be on‑site when my chargers are migrated?
The majority of migrations should be carried out remotely, however in certain circumstances an on-site presence may be required. The requirements for your site will be evaluated during onboarding with Fuuse.
What happens if a unit under warranty needs replacing during the migration?
If you have a unit which is out of service, please get in touch with bp via the usual channels so they can ensure the unit is back in service before migration.
FEES AND BILLING
Will there be any additional costs for continuing my service with Fuuse?
Fuuse will provide a comparable service offer and pricing. However, some elements may differ slightly from your current bp pulse agreement. Full details of Fuuse service and pricing will be provided during onboarding so you can review before proceeding.
Will billing change once my chargers move to Fuuse?
Billing will be provided by Fuuse after the migration and as such there may be a change in your billing format and cadence.
Will tariffs change once my chargers move to Fuuse?
The Fuuse platform gives you full control to set and manage your own tariffs. The migration of your chargers to Fuuse is an opportunity to update your driver tariffs should you wish to do so.
DATA, SECURITY & ACCESS
How will my data be handled during the transition to Fuuse?
Your data will be processed in line with the bp pulse Privacy Notice [https://www.bppulse.com/en-gb/privacy-notice]. You have the right to have your data deleted if you require this. To request a deletion, please contact pulsemigrations@bp.com.
Will charger settings (such as control settings or whitelists) transfer to the new provider?
Control settings will not automatically transfer. The Fuuse team will evaluate how to replicate your control settings during onboarding.
Will any data not transfer to Fuuse?
Payment details will not be directly transferred to Fuuse, you will be asked to re-enter these during the onboarding process. Certain information from the pulse B2B portal will not transfer to Fuuse, including charging histories and details of vehicle models and battery types.
COMPATIBILITY & TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Will my RFID cards continue to work after the migration?
Existing RFID cards should continue to function after the migration. If you have varying permissions for RFID cards within your fleet, the Fuuse team will evaluate the scope to replicate this during onboarding.
Will I need to replace any hardware after the migration to Fuuse?
bp have worked to secure a provider that can deliver continuation of service for their existing customer base and has the capability to onboard current hardware. The onboarding process has been subject to compatibility testing over a number of months. If you do not wish to migrate to Fuuse, expect that you will need to replace your existing hardware.
Existing maintenance and warranty will be upheld by bp pulse prior to migration and by Fuuse after migration is complete.
DRIVER OPERATIONS
Will the migration affect how we reimburse drivers for home charging?Once chargers are migrated onto Fuuse’s systems, we will aim to replicate reimbursement on a like-for-like basis.
SUPPORT, FEATURES & CUSTOMER SERVICE
What happens if I have an open case, complaint, or support ticket during the migration?
bp will continue to address any tickets or open cases until the units are migrated onto Fuuse’s system.
Does Fuuse offer the same features as bp pulse?
bp have selected Fuuse as a migration partner based on our ability to replicate core bp pulse services, however the interface and detailed functionality of the Fuuse portal may differ from current bp pulse services. We will provide further information on the Fuuse portal during onboarding.
Will any training or onboarding be provided after the migration?
We will offer webinars to provide further information about Fuuse services and the onboarding process. Further information on how to register for webinars is available at the top of this page.
