Plan your EV charging rollout accurately
with energy audits
Energy audits from Fuuse involve comprehensive assessment of a site's energy infrastructure, demand patterns and EV charging readiness.
Audits enable you to make confident, informed decisions and plan strategically for EV charger installation, expansion or upgrade.

Do you have adequate energy supply to implement your planned EV charger installation?
Our EnergyMAP service provides 'before and after' analysis to identify any emerging risks that would threaten your site's incoming supply/breaker and the grid/DNO maximum allowable kVA capacity.
EnergyMap helps site operators and service providers to quickly assess a site's peak demand profile, existing power capacity availability and what spare power capacity exists (if any), pre and post EV charge point installation. EnergyMAP also provides demand forecasting for new sites and dedicated grid connections for EV charging that have no demand history.
If additional grid capacity is required, EnergyMAP identifies how much additional capacity should be requested from the grid, or what site efficiency improvements may be needed if upgrades are unavailable or cost-prohibitive. It also highlights any excess capacity.
Identify risks, opportunities and inefficiencies.
Audits from Fuuse are designed to review your infrastructure, capacity and usage trends. This enables you to manage your project using actionable insights and data to prevent costly infrastructure upgrades and avoid operational disruption.
As experts in EV charging management, our audits allow you to:
Reduce risk with a clear view of site energy constraints
Identify energy limitations, risks and opportunities upfront, helping you avoid overloads, downtime and potential equipment damage.
Avoid costly and unnecessary infrastructure upgrades
Use accurate, real-time demand data to right-size your investment and only upgrade what's genuinely needed.
Plan future EV charging growth with confidence
Get reliable insights into how your site can scale, so you can design EV infrastructure that supports both current demand and long-term expansion.Optimise continuously with connected monitoring and reporting
Seamless integration between Fuuse and, our sister company, Envisij ensure ongoing optimisation and fact-based decision-making long after the audit is complete. How do AudiTs work?
Data and site survey
Fuuse provide 2 levels of survey, a desk-based survey that uses half hourly data and other site metrics, plus the planned EV charging profiles to produce an EnergyMAP report.
On request, a full site survey can be conducted to review electrical infrastructure, capacity and usage trends.
Data capture
If an EnergyMAP report is required, we'll ask for various details to build a picture of your current energy usage.
Note: If half hourly data (HH) is not available this can be acquired with a customer-provided LOA (Letter of Authority). A template can be provided.
If the site or location does not have HH data available then Fuuse can provide data loggers to gather real time/historic data over a pre-defined period. CT clamps and IoT monitoring devices are installed.
Data analysis
The data is analysed to provide actionable recommendations for scaling EV charging infrastructure safely and efficiently.
The EnergyMAP report highlights before and after demand, plus clear before and after visuals and recommended actions (if any are required) e.g. add dynamic balancing, increase site electrical or add further kVA capacity (if it exists).
