Fuuse Electric Fuel Card Driver Guidelines

As part of our Terms & Conditions with each customer (the business whom we contract with as a customer of the Electric Fuel Card), it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that driver employees (‘drivers’) comply with the following guidelines:

As a user of the Electric Fuel Card, you agree to comply with the following guidelines in order for your employer to comply with the Fuuse Electric Fuel Card Terms of Use.

When using the home charging product (‘EFC Home’), you will:

  1. Only allow charging of your business vehicle, or if a private vehicle is charged you will notify Fuuse of this via the methods that have been agreed with your employer
  2. Not behave in any way that intends to create a false impression of the actual cost of charging your business vehicle at home

Fuuse will not be able to track or reimburse you for your home charging, and will not be liable for any missed reimbursements, unless you complete all of the following actions:

  1. Followed the link provided in the email invitation and created your driver account within the Fuuse application
  2. Connected your home charge point and vehicle, where either are compatible with the Fuuse application
  3. Connect your home energy account, providing all details requested by the application so that Fuuse can understand your up-to-date home energy tariff rates as well as make payments to your energy account

Where you do not complete these steps, or where your home charge point and vehicle are not compatible with the Fuuse application, Fuuse may be unable to track charging activity and, as a result, reimbursement may not be available.

Fuuse shall not be responsible for any failure to reimburse home charging to the extent that such failure results from incomplete account setup, failure to connect a compatible device, or incompatibility of your charge point or vehicle.
