Subscription plans for your charge points

Written by Barbara Morris

From audio books to mobile phones, we as consumers can appreciate the cost savings and convenience of a subscription plan. Enabling Charge Point Subscriptions within our platform is one more example of how Fuuse is improving the EV charging experience.

Create New Subscription-1Create and assign your subscriptions

With Fuuse Billing enabled, operators can create different subscription plans, assign which drivers can access these plans, and set when they are available to purchase. You can include any or all your charge points to a subscription and even set an expiration date to allow for limited time promotional packages.

Increase charger utilisation and customer loyalty

This innovative feature will allow for operators to target network zones that have a lower utilisation. Subscribing your drivers will encourage more customer loyalty to your organisation’s network, allowing more opportunities to create promotional incentives for drivers to sign up for a subscription plan.

Billing Cycle-1Decide your billing cycles

The option of weekly, monthly, and annual billing cycles allows steadier and more predictable revenue for your organisation. Regular steady payments afford drivers the freedom to charge their vehicles at the specified locations without the hassle of dealing with point of sale at the charger.

In Fuuse, operators can easily set the subscription price, the renewal frequency, and the driver allowance within the timeframe.

Subscription visibility

You can allow specific drivers or driver groups to have access to your subscriptions; or open them freely to the public. You can also apply a subscription to either specific or all chargers, which can help attract drivers to less frequented charge points.

Subscriptions Phone App

Driver ease of use

Drivers can manage their subscription account and monitor their remaining charge allowance within the Fuuse app, and, with fixed tariff rates, they can rest assured they are protected from the fluctuating peak charging rates.

This feature also allows for network-wide subscriptions, which offers drivers the freedom to access all of your Fuuse chargers with one direct subscription payment.
