Single Sign On (SSO) is a popular feature add-on for enterprise organisations and the public sector. SSO with Fuuse allows you to utilise your existing IT systems to authenticate access to the Fuuse Platform and/or Driver App for your users.
How it works
Single Sign On allows your staff to log in to their devices through an Identity Provider set up within your organisation. Once logged in, any apps and websites integrated with SSO and accessed on that device will authenticate the user’s login credentials, eliminating the need for a separate login.
With Fuuse SSO, your staff can easily log in using their designated work email address to the Driver App as well as the back office platform. Complying with all your company-assigned user permissions, Fuuse will only grant your staff access to authorised functionality.
Simple and efficient for you and your staff
Single Sign On ties in with your existing access and security policies, allowing you to lock down access to the Fuuse back office and the Driver App to authorised user groups only.
Setting new users up from your Identity Provider allows you to offer appropriate and immediate access at scale to the right users, cutting operational time when onboarding new users to your systems.
Managing access revocation is simple, ensuring secure and robust offboarding when users no longer require access. Removing them from your central system will immediately revoke access to Fuuse.
Organisations making the most of Fuuse SSO
With a number of organisations already utilising Fuuse SSO, there are many different ways to adopt the service to suit your business needs. Here are some examples of how organisations make Fuuse SSO work for them.
Higher Education Campus
Lancaster University opted for Single Sign On to bolster their security policies and ensure only critical authorised users have access to the Fuuse back-office system, utilising Fuuse user controls to further protect data once inside the platform.
“A key element in our security is the capability of Fuuse to integrate with our Single Sign On systems to maintain a joined-up user experience and simplify user management for both parties.”

Head of Communication and Collaboration Services
UTILITY Providers
A national utility provider and FTSE 100 company have chosen Single Sign On with Fuuse to integrate an additional level of strict access controls to their white-labelled employee driver app.
Another leading utility provider has utilised SSO for the Fuuse Driver App, locking down access to company chargers to employees, whilst opening visibility of the wider network of Fuuse chargers when on the road.
