We’re growing Fuuse all the time. In today’s blog post, our Product Director Dan Lucy-Lloyd takes us through the latest feature releases…
Fuuse Maintenance is now here!
Included as standard with Fuuse Core, Fuuse Maintenance offers essential maintenance monitoring and tools to enhance the EV charging experience for installers, operators and drivers. Such as:
Charger Issue Reporting
We’ve added in alerts for some of the most common charger issues, including persistent faults and loss of communication. Detection of these will create an issue within our new Maintenance section and assign it to your specified user. The user will be alerted via email to let you know about issues before drivers report them. This also comes with a new notification settings section so that you can control which alerts you receive and will be building on this further moving forwards.
OCPP Charger Logs
To assist with charger issue diagnostics, we’re now pulling OCPP messages through directly into the platform. Filter messages to boot notifications, status updates (including details on Fault messages), authentication requests and RFID scans, meter readings and heartbeats.
Charger Issue Tracking
You can now track open issues directly in the Fuuse platform, adding images, location details and additional notes. Assign to maintenance users and third party contractors to resolve issues.
More new features released this month:
Simplified Load Balancing Setup
Based on feedback from customers, simplified the specification of load balancing profiles. You can now simply specify the max draw (in Amps) for the chargers on a site.
Operator specific driver support details
We’ve added functionality that allows you to specify different contact details for your platform users and drivers. This means you’ll be able maintain relationships with your drivers and have them report issues directly to you.
