Define user types | Latest platform updates

Written by Hannah Haworth

Fuuse gives you the controls you need to manage your charging network efficiently. With our latest release, you can now define the roles of your back office users.

Assign specific roles to your back office users for added security, error mitigation and ease of use.

operatorOperator

An operator level user has access to the majority of the system. They can view the full dashboard and charging logs; set access controls and tariffs; setup drivers and driver groups, and assign RFID cards; create new users and assign user roles.

supportSupport

A support role has visibility across much of the platform but without access to critical functionality. Support level users can see a simplified version of the dashboard; have read only access to charging sites, charging logs and chargers (with ability to perform remote maintenance actions); a reduced view of access controls; and read only access to drivers, groups and RFID cards. They do not have visibility of any billing sections. They have full access to the maintenance tools, creating editing and tracking issues.

maintenanceMaintenance

A maintenance user has reduced visibility and access only to key functions. This user level is typically reserved for third parties such as engineers outside the organisation. The level helps to ensure an added layer of security without compromising the ability to work with the system. Maintenance level users have read only access to charging sites and chargers (with ability to perform remote maintenance actions); a simplified dashboard; and full access to the maintenance tools. They cannot see access controls, billing, charging log, drivers or organisation sections.

As always the platform is constantly evolving so keep an eye on our social channels for all the latest information.
