Fuuse is an evolving platform. In today’s blog post, our Product Director Dan Lucy-Lloyd takes us through some of the key features released on the platform in the past few weeks…
We've added the ability to request and manage any OCPP charger's configuration for a charger within the Fuuse portal. This hands over more granular control of charger points, with all of a charger’s configurable options passed through, irrelevant of manufacturer.
We've added a NOx Saving widget on to the dashboard, allowing you to see reduction in NOx delivered by replacing ICE miles. It’s now simple to toggle between CO2 and NOx savings.
We've made improvements to how quickly charge session updates are displayed to Drivers in our mobile app. This means drivers get better visibility of how much charge has been delivered and what a session is costing them.
Installers, we've made it easier than ever to give meaningful demos to your customers. Let us know and we can setup a Showcase account for you with demo data in that shows off usage of the platform. You can even give potential customers access to these accounts so they can login themselves and see the system in action. Plus, these can be white labelled using your own white label profile.
We understand it can be tricky working with new chargers and that it's not always obvious how to set them up, so we've built better tools that allow us to assist you in reallocating chargers that are setup incorrectly prior to the first connection. This reduces the time it takes us to get chargers up and running in these scenarios.
As always, we’re made lots of other smaller tweaks and updates behind the scenes to ensure Fuuse is running as smoothly as possible, and continually improving to give installers, operators and drivers the best possible charging experience.
